Check-in and Check-out Policy

Check-in time is 2 PM, and check-out time is 10 AM. Early check-ins and late check-outs will incur additional charges. Please confirm your arrival time with the reception prior to your arrival.

Early Check-In Policy

• Before 10:00 AM – A full night’s charge from the previous day may apply, or guests are welcome to book the previous night.
• 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM – $45 surcharge.
• 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM – $35 surcharge.
• 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM – No charge, but subject to availability.
  
  

Late Check-Out Policy

• 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM – $35 surcharge.
• 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM – 50% of the next night’s room rate applies.
• After 2:00 PM – Full night’s charge applies. Room availability is not guaranteed
  
  

Payment Policy

No payment is required at the time of booking, but valid credit card details are needed to secure your reservation. Your credit card will only be charged upon your arrival, unless the cancellation policy applies or a late check-in is requested. If your booking is Non-Refundable/Non-Changeable, your credit card may be charged at any time after the booking is confirmed. Please refer to your booking confirmation for specific payment details.

Cancellation Policy

We strive to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay at Bealey Avenue Motel. By confirming your booking, you agree to the following house rules:

• Free Cancellation: Guests may cancel or modify their booking free of charge if done at least 72 hours before the scheduled arrival which is 2pm on check-in date.
• Late Cancellation (Within 72 Hours): If a cancellation or modification occurs within 72 hours of arrival, the deposit may be charged, and the remaining amount for the first night will be credited to the provided credit card.
• No-Show or Last-Minute Cancellation: If cancelled or modified within 72 hours, the full booking amount may be charged, with the first night’s charge processed using the credit card on file.

Credit Card and PayWave Surcharge

A surcharge will apply to all credit card and contactless payments. You can also choose to pay by cash or EFTPOS, which will not incur any surcharge.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is not permitted inside any units. If smoke is detected in a unit, a charge will apply to restore it to a non-smoking status. Smoking is allowed only in designated areas outside the premises.

House Rules ,Guest Responsibility and Damage Policy

By agreeing to our booking Terms & Conditions, you also agree to adhere to our House Rules, which are designed to ensure the health, safety, comfort, and convenience of all guests, the onsite owner/manager, and the property.
We are committed to providing a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all our guests. To ensure the continued quality of our facilities, guests are held responsible for any damage caused to the motel room, furnishings, fixtures, equipment, or common areas by themselves, their visitors. All rooms are inspected before and after each stay, and any existing damage must be reported to the front desk upon check-in to avoid liability. Charges will apply for damages such as broken or missing items, stains on bedding or furniture, smoke damage in non-smoking rooms, excessive cleaning due to negligence, tampering with emergency equipment. These charges will reflect the actual cost of repair or replacement, including any potential loss of income if a room must be taken out of service. Guests agree that any damage-related charges will be automatically billed to the credit or debit card provided at check-in. If no card is on file, an invoice will be issued and must be settled promptly. In cases of severe damage, vandalism, or non-payment, Bealey Avenue Motel reserves the right to pursue legal action and involve local authorities as necessary.
